Fixings
• 800g little new potato
• 3 shallots, finely slashed
• 1 tbsp little escapades (discretionary)
• 2 tbsp cornichons, finely slashed (discretionary)
• 3 tbsp mayonnaise, or to taste
• 3 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
• 1 tbsp white wine vinegar
• little small bunch parsley leaves, generally hacked
Strategy
Stage 1
Heat up the potatoes in salted water for 20 mins until recently cooked, channel, then cool.
Stage 2
Cut the potatoes into lumps, then, at that point, toss into a bowl with the shallots, tricks and cornichons, if utilizing.
