Fish Cutlet Recipe

Elements of Fish Cutlets For the fish:

1 little ginger2

 Green chillies3

Garlic cloves3-4

Rawa filletsFor the base:

100 gms bread



 Garlic cloves1

1 tsp red stew powder

1 tsp saunf4-5

1/2 Lemon (juiced

)1 potato (crushed),

 boiled2 tbsp flour (to coat)Oil (to dish fry)for decorating mint leaves

Step by step instructions to Make Fish Cutlets

Set up the fish:

In a skillet, steam the fish in a sifter with bubbled water, ginger, green cold, garlic and cover the pan.

Prepare the base:

1.In a blender, blend bread scraps, egg, garlic, ginger, green chillies, new mint leaves, salt, turmeric powder, red stew powder, cut of bread, refined oil and squeeze of half lime.

2.In a mortar and pestle crush fennel and dark pepper, add them into blender.

3.Add a little water and mix them together.

4.Add the steamed fish into the blender and crush them well.

5.Transfer them into a bowl and add one bubble potato for starch. Blend them well. Make cutlets out of it and coat in some flour.

6.Keep it in the refrigerator for 10 minutes.

7.Add minimal refined oil in the container and sear the cutlets both sides.8.Garnish with mint leaves. Serve hot.
