· 1 cup almond milk (or your favorite milk)

· 1 serving TurmericBoost® Uplift

· 1 slice ripe papaya, peeled and seeds removed

· 1/2 cup frozen mango chunks

· 1/2 cup fresh pineapple chunks


1. Blend all ingredients until the smoothie reaches desired consistency.

2. Prepare with ice if using fresh fruit.
