As Coach Greg Doucette says (or shouts), THERE ARE NO RULES IN THE ANABOLIC KITCHEN! Anabolic french toast is basically feathery, egg-white doused bread that is cooked in a container. It tends to be either sweet or exquisite, eaten new or warmed from frozen.

To add flavor to the toast, you can blend in certain additional items into the egg whites prior to dousing the bread.
Sweet: granulated or fluid sugars, cinnamon, vanilla concentrate
Flavorful: popcorn preparing, dried spices, dark pepper
A portion of my number one sweet garnish combos include:
Greek yogurt, cinnamon, mangoes, and maple syrup
Greek yogurt, strawberries, and maple syrup
Peanut butter and jam or frozen berries
Chocolate peanut butter and strawberries
Bananas, pecans, chocolate chips, and maple syrup
Blended berries and cream
A portion of my #1 flavorful garnish combos include:
Sautéed greens, mushrooms, as well as peppers and parmesan cheddar
Curds with dark pepper, flaky ocean salt, and red pepper chips
Greek yogurt, dill, lemon juice, avocado, cut cucumbers and smoked salmon
Fixings
4 cuts of bread, any sort
6-7 enormous egg whites
touch of salt
non-stick oil splash
blend ins of decision (see above for thoughts)

Bearings
Heat a huge nonstick skillet over low intensity.
In the mean time, whisk egg whites, salt, and blend ins of decision in a huge, shallow bowl.
Absorb each cut of bread the egg white blend until saturated however not going to pieces.
Splash skillet with nonstick shower, then, at that point, cautiously place a doused slice of bread into the dish. Cook until brilliant brown, then flip.
