2 lbs ground hamburger
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 – 3 onions, diced
3 celery ribs, diced
1 green pepper, diced
1 (19 ounce) can dim red kidney beans, flushed, depleted
2 (10 ounce) jars mushroom pieces, depleted, hacked
2 (10 ounce) jars tomato soup, undiluted
1 (28 ounce) can diced tomatoes with juice
2 tablespoons bean stew powder, isolated
1 teaspoon oregano
1 teaspoon salt
1⁄4 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon sugar
1 – 2 garlic cloves, minced or 3 teaspoons garlic powder

- Brown the ground meat in the olive oil in a huge griddle over medium intensity until presently not pink; place in an enormous pot. Try not to deplete.
- Sauté onion, celery and green pepper in the drippings, in a similar skillet utilized for the ground meat, for around 5 minutes until onion is clear.
- Add a tad bit of the stew powder.
- Add sautéed veggies to the ground meat.
- Add washed and depleted kidney beans, mushrooms pieces, undiluted tomato soup and tomatoes with the fluid.
- Add the remainder of the stew powder, oregano, salt, pepper, sugar, and garlic.
- Mix fixings together well.
- Cover and stew for 60 minutes, mixing sometimes.
- Eliminate cover and stew for 30 minutes or more, mixing sometimes.
