3 tbsp Vegetable Oil
Sauté potato and carrot in oil until brilliant brown. Eliminate and save.
Add pork in a similar skillet and sauté until light brilliant brown. Add garlic, onion and tomato. Cook for 5mins.
Add MAGGI® Oyster Sauce, water and sound leaf. Season with MAGGI® Magic Sarap®. Cover and stew for 45mins.
Add sautéed potato, carrot and chime peppers. Stew for another 10mins. Move on a serving plate and serve.
