There is nothing better on a warm summer day than a chilled Iced Latte. Made with Golden Milk, this cool twist on a classic favorite is both refreshing and nourishing.
Ingredients:
· 1 serving of Golden Milk
· 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup (or more to taste)
· 1 cup of milk of your choice
· 1 cup of ice
· Ground Cinnamon or Cardamom (optional)
Preparation:
1. Place the Golden Milk, milk, and honey or maple syrup in a blender bottle or jar with a tight-fitting lid.
2. Add the ice, and shake to combine
3. Pour into a glass, then garnish as desired with Cinnamon or Cardamom
