Galouti Kebab Recipe

5 Green cardamoms

1 tsp stew powder

1/4 tsp nutmeg,

 Grated For the kebabs:

1 cup onions (seared brown and fresh in 1/2 cup ghee),

sliced1/4 cup coriander leaves,

finely chopped1 tbsp green chillies,

 finely chopped3 tbsp gram flour,

roasted1 EggTo sauté the kebabs GheeTo sprinkle over the kebabs Lemon juice

Instructions to Make Galouti Kebab

1.Marinate the minced meat in the ground elements for 4-5 hours.

2.Mix together the coriander leaves, green chillies, gram flour and egg.

3.Add to the meat and work at it for quite a while, nearly massaging it like a dough

4.Shape blend into round patties of wanted size, and refrigerate for 30 minutes or so.

5.Heat the ghee in a weighty based skillet or griddle.
