Selection Board for Subordinate Services in Delhi (DSSSB) DSSSB PRT is a recruitment exam held by the Delhi Subordinate Services Selection Board for departments under the Delhi Government. Eligibility Criteria for DSSSB PRT

Assistant Professor (Primary -DOE)

·         The candidate must have a Senior Secondary (or equivalent) diploma with at least 50% marks and a two-year primary education diploma from a recognised board. OR

·         Following the NCTE regulation-2002, the candidate must receive a Senior Secondary (or equivalent) diploma with at least 45 percent marks and a two-year diploma in elementary education. OR

·         The candidate must have a Senior Secondary (or equivalent) diploma with a minimum of 50% marks and a four-year Bachelor of Elementary Education degree (B.El.Ed). OR

·         The candidate must have a Senior Secondary (or equivalent) diploma with a minimum of 50% marks and a two-year Diploma in Education (Special Education) from a recognised Board. OR

·         The candidate must have a high school diploma and a two-year elementary education diploma from a recognised board.

·         CTET should have been passed.

·         At the secondary level, the candidate must have studied Hindi, Urdu, Punjabi, or English.

·         Maximum age is 30 years old.

Assistant Professor (Primary-MCD)

·         The candidate must have received a minimum of 50% in Class 12th from a recognised Board.

·         A two-year diploma in elementary education or a certificate course in ETE, JBT, DIET, or B.El.Ed from an accredited institution is required.

·         In 10th grade, the aspirant must have had Hindi as a subject.

·         CTET should have been passed.

·         Knowledge of computers is desirable and serves as a bonus.

·         Maximum age is 30 years old.

DSSSB PRT Education Criteria:

·         DSSSB PRT Education Criteria: To be considered for a position as a primary school teacher, the applicant must meet the educational requirements listed below. The following qualifications qualify candidates to take the exam.

·         The candidate must have a minimum of 50 percent in their 12th grade and a two-year elementary education diploma from an accredited university.

·         The PRT exam is open to candidates who have completed their 12th grade with a minimum of 50% marks and have completed a four-year Bachelor of Elementary Education (B.El.Ed.).

·         Candidate who has completed their 12th grade with a minimum of 50% marks and

·         A student having a bachelor’s degree in education (B.Ed.) and a graduate degree from a recognized university with at least 50% marks is also qualified to take the exam.

·         An applicant must have studied Hindi and English in secondary school.

·         Candidates who have passed the CBSE’s CTET test are eligible to apply for PRT positions.

·         Along with the qualifications mentioned above, the candidate must also have a thorough knowledge of teaching in a bilingual language. They must have a basic understanding of computer applications because they are in high demand these days.
