2 tbsp olive oil
2 cloves garlic, slashed
1 tomato, slashed
½ lb lean ground pork
1 enormous (2 lbs) patola (wipe gourd), stripped and cut into scaled down pieces
1 tbsp fish sauce or 1 tsp salt
1.In a skillet, heat oil over medium intensity. Add garlic and tomato and sauté for 2-3 minutes or until tomato has relaxed.
2. Add pork and sauté for 3 minutes or until carmelized and presently not pink. Add fish sauce or salt; mix to join.
3. Mix in patola, lessen intensity, cover and cook for 5 minutes or until patola is fresh delicate.
4. Change preparing with fish sauce or salt. Present with steamed rice.
