I could log into the PlayStation Store and download a game, but now all of my downloaded games won’t work because it says I’m not connected to the internet.
I have tried restarting my device, resetting the modem and router, changing DNS settings, using static IPs for my devices, changing primary and secondary DNS settings on my switch, putting in new WPA2 passwords that I know are correct for both of my Wi-Fi networks. Everything seems fine, but yet it still won’t connect.
It has been suggested that I reboot my switch back to factory settings, but I do not want to proceed with this option if there is any other fix possible because of the data on the device. I have also reached out to Nintendo customer support, but they are closed for Easter, so I cannot speak with them until after the holiday.
